Brief:
Design an annual report for the chosen chlient based on their theme and happenings within the past year (2008). Be sure to make a difference from their annual reports from the past 5 years, but the concept must be consistent with the company's outlook.
Concept:
In 2008, Estee Lauder had managed to expand their brand's branches outside of their usual perimeter within the USA and Europe. They have expanded further into Brazil, Russia, China, and India. Within the Asia Pacific region alone, sales have exceeded $1 billion. Therefore, I have come up with the annual report theme, Beauty Breaks Barriers.
Why beauty breaks barriers? Aa brand that focuses on beauty products, Estee Lauder has managed to bring their products across the globe and reach out to woman of different cultures, different skin color, different mother-tongues, and so on. The one thing they have in common now is the perception of Estee Lauder's beauty product standards. The brand is something they have in common, no matter where they come from.
